# Custom DASH Prompts

## Choose the one-tap prompts your team sees in DASH, and test them before they go live.

Admins can now choose the one-tap prompts their team sees when they open DASH. Under Settings → DASH → Custom Prompts, you can create up to 15 prompts that take action, use the SPOTIO Knowledge Base or your company documents, and test each one in DASH before it goes live for every user on web and mobile. The three default prompts now do the task instead of explaining it ("Log an activity for me"). Manual actions that used to sit in DASH have moved to the blue Create New button and a new + Create icon on records. The AI Chat Guidelines permission is now called AI Chat Configuration.
