DASH Actions adds workflow execution to DASH. Reps can create and update records, log and schedule activities, add notes, reassign records, and pull structured data out of a photo — all by asking DASH in plain language, on web or mobile. A single request can chain several actions together. Every write shows a confirmation card with the exact data it's about to save, and nothing is committed until the rep confirms. Completed actions return a link straight to what was created. AI-generated email and text drafting, previously released, is now part of the DASH Actions suite. Access is granted per role: AI Chat for DASH itself, Perform Actions for the ability to write.
