How to contact support

We are in the office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Central time and we are here to help answer any questions that you may have. There are 3 ways to get in touch with our team and we want to make sure you know how to get in touch with us if you need to. 

 

Live Chat with SPOTIO:
We know that when you are out in the field you are going to have questions on how to use SPOTIO.  We offer you the ability to live chat us from directly inside your SPOTIO app on the web or mobile app!

It is super easy to get to and we try to be very quick in getting back to you.

Email Us:
You can email us directly at support@spotio.com.  This will create a ticket that we will be able to reply back to.  You can attach any files or pictures to the email when you send it to us.

Leave Us a Voicemail:
If you try to call the 866-212-1250 number for support, that's not going to be the fastest way to reach out to us.  We do return all voicemails, however they are returned within 24 hours during our business hours Monday - Friday. Any voicemail left over the weekend will be returned the following business day.
