Thanks for being willing to give SPOTIO a review on G2! We understand that the process is a bit long so we wanted to spell out each step for you so you know how to go about completing the review.
One thing to remember is that you will have to have either a G2 account, a LinkedIn profile, or use a work email to create a G2 Review.
Access the SPOTIO G2 Review Page
Visit https://www.g2crowd.com/products/spotio/reviews to be directed to SPOTIO Reviews & Product Details page on G2.
Log in or Sign up on G2
If you’re new to G2, create an account or sign up using your work email or LinkedIn. Existing users can log in with their credentials.
Leaving a Review
Once you're logged in you'll select the 'Write A Review' On SPOTIO's G2 page
Start moving through the review steps. The first page are the required questions. Along the top, you will be able to see which step you are on of each section.
When you've come to the final step of the review, at the bottom of the survey is a question that will ask, "Allow my review to show my name and face in the G2 community?", if you do not want your name or face shown, click No and your review will be anonymized on the site. It will look like this:
Once you have finished answering all the questions, hit submit. Don't forget to take a screenshot of the popup saying your review has been submitted and send that to us!
FAQ
Why would my G2 SPOTIO review get rejected?
There are a few reasons a G2 Review can be rejected, check out G2 common reasons HERE. Some common reasons we've found is that G2 could not confirm your company, make sure that your job information is up to date. Or, make sure to use your business email.
