Notifications are messages that notify, remind, and alert you to certain activities or need to know information. Enabling push notifications is one of the best practices we here at SPOTIO recommend to ensure you are up to date when needed.

Notification Options

We offer a variety of notifications that you can receive when certain actions happen in SPOTIO. To learn more about the different options, jump to the Categories section of this article. 

By default, most notification toggles are automatically turned on.

To make adjustments:

  1. On the mobile, visit the profile icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Toggle off and on your preferred selections.
  4. Click Save.

Enabling Push Notifications

To receive push notifications:

  1. On the mobile, visit the profile icon in the top left corner.
  2. Select Notifications.

The very first line you want to pay attention to is whether or not you are allowing SPOTIO to send you push notifications. This will be stated at the top.

If you have already given SPOTIO permission to send notifications, then you are all set. If you have not, you can click on Change System Settings. This will take you into your phone’s settings for the SPOTIO app. From there you can click on Notifications and toggle on Allow Notifications.





Multi-Channel Communications

These reminders pertain to digital communication using a SPOTIO phone and integrated email. This can be both inbound and outbound to ensure following up in a timely manner.

  • Missed Call
  • New Voicemail
  • New Text Message
  • New Email
  • Email Opened


Assigned To

Be notified when an Admin and/or Manager assigns you new territory, a record, or other forms of ownership. Being informed of “assigned to’s” keeps you aware of what to work and where.

Enabling Activity Reminder will alert you prior to scheduled activities based on the customized reminder selected. For those with an engagement bundle, there is also the ability to be notified when there is an issue with an Autoplay, such as an enrolled contact missing an email address in an email campaign.

Keep track of your daily tasks and goals throughout the day with these notifications. Receive insights into the number of activities planned at the beginning of the day and the final result. You can also set engagement for Monday through Friday only if preferred, as well as set the time to receive notifications when toggling on Today's Agenda and End of the Day.

Business Cards

Receive a notification when your shared SPOTIO Digital Business card is opened.
