Homeowner Data: Lead Machine

Lead Machine provides access to public and some non-public information as allocated by the provider. This can include neighborhood information, household salaries, and property types. Having this information offers a huge advantage since you are able to focus on areas where your target audience is most likely to reside.

How to use Lead Machine

Lead machine is a pre-screening tool accessible on the SPOTIO web app. This tool is meant to help you be strategic by focusing on the right targets in the area your reps will be visiting. 

To add records via lead machine:

  1. Login to the SPOTIO web app.
  2. Click on the map icon on the left sidebar.
  3. Select Lead Machine from the right side panel.
  4. Draw an area on the map by clicking and connecting the dots.
  5. Go through the criteria that best matches your company’s ideal customer profile.
  6. Tap on Add Leads.

Once added, those records then appear on both the web app, as well as the mobile. 

If retargeting an area that you previously used lead machine on, only new information will be added to existing records. No data will be overwritten.

Tip: Only add records that your reps are able to visit in a particular time period. This ensures the most up to date information.

Lead Machine Data Points

There are many available data points to narrow in on your company's ideal customer to target. 

Criteria available:

  • Credit Capacity
  • Email Present
  • Home Dwelling Type
  • Home Market Value
  • Home Owner - Renter
  • Home Purchase Date
  • Home Recent Buyer
  • Home Square Footage
  • Home Year Built
  • Interested in Arts
  • Interested in Green Living
  • Median Home Income
  • Phone Present
  • Resident Age
  • Vehicle Owned

Saving Your Criteria filter

After narrowing down the criteria options, you have the ability to name and save. Listed beneath Criteria Name, you can type in a title to save. Once this is completed, the yellow box below will show Save Criteria & Add Leads.

Saved Criteria can then be applied for future use when targeting new areas. A dropdown box will be available to use previous saved criteria, allowing you to apply the same filtered data points to a new area.

Active Lead Machine Fields

When using lead machine, you do also want to be sure to add the category options in the custom field section of the Workflow. These tiles can be dragged under Active fields to reflect the data on the mobile app. This also makes it an option to filter and colorize by the data within the filter panel on both the web and the mobile.

FAQs

How often is this data updated?

The data is refreshed monthly. 

 

Why is my lead machine data not appearing on my export file?

Lead machine data is not exportable. However, you can export the homeowner contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number.

 

How many lead machine leads can I add at a time?

10,000 but keep in mind that to ensure your data is most up to date, you should only add as needed. This also helps avoid hitting lead limits.
