How to Set Up Caller ID
Caller ID is set up through SPOTIO web app.
To access Caller ID
- Login to the SPOTIO web app.
- Click on Settings tab.
- Click Business Profile.
- Scroll down to the Calling: Caller ID section.
- In the Display Name field type the name you want to appear when calling customers.
