Question:

I am not getting notified if there is a new chat received either from a chat within my team or from SPOTIO support, why?

Answer:

When you first downloaded & installed SPOTIO, there was a popup request asking you to grant SPOTIO the ability to send you push notifications.  If you didn't select "allow" when you first got that pop up, that would be why you are not getting notifications when SPOTIO sends you tips & tricks, or your team uses our in app chat or if you are talking with SPOTIO support.
