Creating a Custom Historical Report

SPOTIO has given you the ability to time travel (okay, sort of) using our Historical Reports feature on the Web App. In standard reporting, you will only see the latest information based on what the status currently is, even if your team has visited pin more than once. To see the full history of that pin, you'll want to hop into our SPOTIO time machine, and run some historical reports.

These reports give you the ability to go back and look specifically at:

  • Historical User
  • Historical Status
  • Historical Status Date

Using these 3 additional filter options under PIN Details when you run a historical report will let you see the overall picture of each PIN in your system.
