Part of the company document feature is that it allows you to centrally store your company wide files. Got an insurance certificate that your guys should have a copy of while out in the field? A brochure of services offered? A testimonial packet from past customers? How great would it be for your users to have access to these documents when they are out in the field?
This is where the Company Doc’s section (on the web app or on the mobile app) comes into play. You can use this section to share documents company wide so all your users have access to them when they are on the web on on their mobile device.
