Searching for Records in the SPOTIO Web app

In your SPOTIO web app, you have the ability to search and find a record on any screen that you navigate to in the left hand side gray panel of your screen. 

First, select which option you would like to search from. The most common options will be from the Map or List view. 

Information you can use to search for a record in the SPOTIO web app:

• First name and/or last name of the record
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Record’s Address
• SingleChoice, MultiChoice, or Text formatted custom fields

Searching for Records in the SPOTIO mobile app

In the SPOTIO mobile app, you have the ability to search for a record in the Map view or List view. Either can be done by tapping the orange magnifying glass in the bottom right corner of your screen in the app and then continuing to search for the record
