Adding a User

If you have a sales team or more than one person that wants to view and use the data in your Spotio account, you'll want to make sure to have them all on the same Spotio account.

Luckily, this is very easy to accomplish either from the Web App or Mobile App login. 

From the Web App

  • First: Log in at app.spotio.com to add users
  • Second: Watch the video below to get a walkthrough on adding users to the Hierarchy.
  • Lastly: Get started with adding on all your users.

Agility Plan 

Please be advised that our "Individual" plan does not have the ability to add users enabled. If you are currently using Individual and want to upgrade your account you will need to upgrade your account. Please refer to our forum located HERE for details on upgrading your account.
