If you decide to remain a member of Spotio, charges will occur on a month-to-month basis on the date that you activated your subscription and all fees will be billed to the credit card account you designate during the registration process.
You will have to log onto your Web App in order to access your billing details. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change with your credit card we have on file, you'll want to update your information prior to your bill date. For pricing details please click HERE
From the Web App: Settings > Account > Account Details > Billing Information > Add (as pictured below)
From this screen you'll also be able to review things like your balance, the plan you're subscribed to, the active users you're being charged for and when your next charge will be, etc..
