Activating your User Login from a Team Account

This a simple 2 step process, you will simply locate the email invite sent to you by your team’s admin. In doing so you’ll want to check both your “Inbox” and “Spam” folder as the emails are sometimes routed to the junk mail.

Once you receive your email invite from “Support” you will click on the link labeled “here” next to STEP 1 in your email (Pictured below)

You will then be routed to our web app, app.spotio.com to create a password. Your email address will automatically be used as your user name. From here you will gain access to your account and begin your 7-day user trial.
