This update introduces the Inherited Fields enhancement, making it easier to display key parent object details within child objects on web.

🔗 Inherited Fields Configuration

• SPOTIO now allows fields in child objects to automatically inherit values from their parent objects, improving data consistency and reducing manual entry.
• Admins can configure inheritance rules directly from the web setup page, selecting which fields should pull data from their parent object.
• Example: A Contact can now display the Account Name from its associated account without requiring manual entry or extra navigation.
• This enhancement ensures seamless visibility of important details across related records, eliminating the need to switch between objects to find key information.
