Overview:
SPOTIO now allows admins to create custom fields that require an attachment, ensuring important files and photos are uploaded at the right stage of the sales process.
Key Enhancements:
- Previously, users could upload attachments to activities and records, but there was no way to define or require specific file types at certain stages.
- With this update, admins can:
- Create custom fields that require an attachment.
- Specify what type of attachment is needed (e.g., "Signed Contract" or "Photo of Front of House").
- Require attachments at record creation or specific pipeline stages to ensure critical files are uploaded on time.
