Overview:

SPOTIO’s eContracts feature allows admins to create and manage contract templates for their teams, but previously, all users had access to all templates, making it difficult to find the right one. This update introduces Econtracts Permissions, giving admins the ability to control which users can access specific templates, improving organization and usability.

Key Enhancements:

• Admins can now set visibility and permission settings for each eContract template in their account.

• Four visibility options are available:

  • Public – Everyone can see and use the template.

  • Territory – Only users assigned to a specific territory can access the template.

  • Team – Only users assigned to a specific team can access the template.

  • User – Admins can select specific users who have access to the template.

• Helps reduce clutter for users by ensuring they only see relevant contract templates.

• Simplifies contract selection and enhances admin control over contract visibility.
