Overview: SPOTIO’s Layouts & Tabs Customization feature gives admins powerful control over how record details are displayed and navigated across Web and Mobile. Previously limited to a single "Info" section, records can now be organized into custom sections with expandable views, flexible column layouts, and prioritized tab order—making data easier to find, manage, and act on.

Key Enhancements:

• Admins can create and name custom sections for organizing fields within each record type.

• Web users benefit from 2-column, 3-column, or 4-column layouts for improved visibility.

• Mobile users gain expand/collapse sections to keep views clean and digestible.

• New full-page record view on web replaces the small sidebar for easier browsing.

• Admins can pin key sections so they remain visible while switching tabs.

• A new Tab Order setting lets admins control which tab appears first when viewing a record.

• Layout and tab settings are accessible under Workflow Settings > Object Type > Layouts.
