Overview: SPOTIO’s MCC (Multi-Channel Communication) feature has long enabled reps to manage calls, texts, and emails within the app. Now, with the introduction of Call Recording, users with SPOTIO Phone Numbers can capture and replay voice conversations—adding a new level of accountability, training, and insight into the sales process.
Key Enhancements:

Call recording is now available through the SPOTIO dialer on web and mobile for users with SPOTIO Phone Numbers.

A new Record button appears during calls, prompting a one-time disclaimer to inform the other party of the recording.

Once accepted, the entire conversation is recorded and saved as part of the call activity.

Recordings are viewable:

Within the record history of the contact.

Inside the "Comms > Calls" section of the app.

Accessible by any user with activity history permissions on the associated record.

Playback tools include:

Adjustable speed (0.25x to 2x).

Download option to save as an MP3 file to web or mobile.

Full context is included with each recording: caller name, date, time, and duration.
