InfoTap provides reps with basic homeowner contact information on the mobile app. This can include the homeowner's name, number, and/or email.

To use Infotap:

1. Login to the SPOTIO mobile app.
2. Tap on any home.
3. Obtain contact information from the gray bar.

Once you log your activity on that record, any contact information available will be automatically retained on the lead details. Every time you go back to that record, you can tap and reference the contact information previously saved. 

Tip: Be prepared to introduce yourself and go in to your sales pitch if the contact information is inaccurate.
