Monday through Friday, we're available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, CST. On Saturday, catch us from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, CST. Here's how:

Contact Support via chat in the Mobile App
Through our mobile app, you can easily chat with our support team while you’re out in the field to ask questions or report a problem.
Login to the SPOTIO app and click on the three-lined icon on the bottom right.
Select the CHAT WITH SUPPORT from the menu.
Step 3: Apple and Android
Apple Users: select the “WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?” drop-down menu and select 2.0 Account and use the Message box to type out to start the chat.
Android Users: the chat box should open immediately and you can begin typing your message to support.
Contact Support via chat on our Web App
Through our web app, you are able to quickly access our chat feature to ask questions or report an issue.
Login to the SPOTIO web app and click on the “Help” icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Help and a search box will open for you to search within our knowledge base that our support team has built for you. Then simply begin typing what you are needing help with.
