The menu on the right side of the SPOTIO map provides easy access to key tools for managing sales activities. You can view customer records, create optimized routes, analyze performance insights, manage sales territories, upload custom maps using KML files, and access your Hailtrace Integration so you can see the weather maps. These features streamline workflows and help optimize team efficiency.
Overview of the Right-Side Map Options
The first option is the Records tab, which displays a list of customer records in your current map view, sorted by recent updates. It allows you to quickly access details like contact information, addresses, and activity history for efficient record management.
You can also click the small downward arrow next to "Recently Updated" to select a different sorting option for the records in this list.
The next tab will be the Routes tab, which allows you to create, view, and manage routes for you or your team. You can organize routes by assignee, status, or other filters and track details like stops, distance, and progress to streamline field operations. Click here to learn more about Routing.
After that, there is the Insights tab, which provides a high-level view of your team's performance and activities. It offers valuable metrics and data visualizations, helping you analyze trends, measure success, and make informed decisions to optimize your sales process.
Below Insights is the Territories tab, which allows you to create, view, and manage sales territories efficiently. It helps organize your team's efforts by defining clear boundaries, ensuring accountability, and maximizing coverage in target areas. Click here to learn more about Territories.
The next tab is the KML tab, which allows you to directly upload KML or KMZ files to overlay custom data, such as geographic boundaries or specific regions, onto the map. Last but not least is the Hailtrace Tab, which allows you to access your Hailtrace integration to provide access to real-time hailstorm data, allowing you to view and track recent hailstorms in your area. This will help you identify potential leads by mapping the path and severity of hailstorms, with Territories enabling targeted outreach to impacted areas. Some accounts will have an additional tab, for Lead Machine. This add-on feature will allow you to generate targeted leads by specifying criteria such as location, demographics, and property details. Where did all the options on the right side of the Map go?
They were just closed out, please click the bubble in the top right corner of the map with the three lines and it will open back up for you.
Why don't I have Routes as an option?
Routing is only available on our B2B plan, not all accounts have routing.
