Add an Activity/Appointment on a Lead on Mobile
Adding an Activity or Appointment has never been easier to do from a lead. You’ll be able to add your Appointment straight from the Lead Preview screen without having to go into the Lead itself which will save you much needed time.

How to Add an Activity from Lead Preview
From your Lead Preview screen, you’ll be able to quickly add an Activity - whether it’s a Call, E-mail, or Appointment - and ensure that you mark all follow up or add to your calendar!
Step 1:
- First Log into the Mobile App and click Next when your name appears.
- If prompted to enable GPS feature or give app permission to Location, please do so now, to ensure this feature will run as desired.
Step 2:
- Go to the Map by clicking the
icon.
Step 3:
- Navigate to the area or lead you wish to log the Activity
- If you are adding a lead, please follow instructions here on how to add a lead.
- Tap on the Lead
- Click on the
to add your Activity
Step 4:
- Enter in the information for your Activity
- Note: Not selecting a Start Time will create an All Day Activity
- Click Done, your Activity is now available
Step 5:
- When you complete your Activity, select your lead
- Click on the Appointment
Step 6:
- Check off the Appointment
- The Appointment will be logged in the Activity Tab
How to Add an Activity from the Calendar
From your Calendar view, you’ll be able to quickly add an Activity and assign it out to the next person in the Pipeline if needed.
Step 1:
- First Log into the Mobile App and click Next when your name appears
- If prompted to enable GPS feature or give app permission to Location, please do so now, to ensure this feature will run as desired
Step 2:
- Go to the Calendar by clicking the
icon.
Step 3:
- Click on the
in the top right of the Calendar to add your Activity
Step 4:
- Enter in the appointment time information for your Activity
- Note: Not selecting a Start Time will create an All-Day Activity
Step 5:
- Click "Select Lead" and Search for the Lead you need to schedule the appointment for, tap on the proper customer for the Activity
- Note: The Lead must be already created in SPOTIO to schedule an activity for it. Please follow instructions here on how to add a lead
- Click your name if you need to re-assign the Activity to another team member
- Select the proper team member and confirm they are available at the designated time
- Click Done
Step 6:
- Add any Notes for the appointment if necessary
- Click Add at the top right, the appointment will load onto your calendar or the team member whom you assigned it to
Step 7:
- When you complete your Activity, select your lead
- Click on the Appointment
Step 8:
- Check off the Appointment
- The Appointment will be logged in the Activity Tab

Can I sync appointments from my work/personal calendar?

Can I assign an appointment to another user?
Yes, you can assign an appointment to another user when creating the appointment by clicking “Assign To” and selecting their name. They will receive an email of the new appointment.
Is my Manager able to see what appointments I scheduled if I schedule them to another team member?
At this time, our Activity Reporting only shows who completed an activity (checked it off) and not who originally created it. To keep tabs on who set appointments, we suggest utilizing our Visit Results that can be set up by your Administrator.
