How to Add Visit Results on Web 

Does your field sales team need to add quick information for the sites they visit? Visit Results will give you just that! You’ll be able to mark your clients’ offices or homes as “Not Home”, “Contacted”, “Follow Up” or other commonly used results as you see fit and pull filtered reporting based on those results.

Your team will be able to mark clients with quick information as they are working leads and view them visually on the map for a fast glance of an area. 

 

How to use Visit Results

When your team is in the field, they will tap on a new or existing lead and Log Visit. From there, they will be able to select the Visit Result they gathered at that point. This could vary based on your account from Not Home, Contacted, Follow Up, Appointment Set or a variety of other selections that you create and customize to your process! 

 

Create a Visit Result on Web: 

Step 1:

  • First Log into the Web App and click navigate to your Pipeline Settings gear on the bottom left of the screen.

 

Step 2:

  • Select the top menu Item Activities & Result
  • Here you’ll see your Common Activities and Results

 

 

Step 3:

  • Scroll to the bottom left side of the screen until you see Common Visit Results
  • Select Add Visit Result

 

Step 5:

  • Type the name of your Visit Result
  • Select the color from the color picker to the right
  • Click Add 

 

Edit a Visit Result on Web: 

Step 1:

  • First Log into the Web App and click navigate to your Pipeline Settings gear on the bottom left of the screen.

 

Step 2:

  • Select the top menu Item Activities & Results
  • Here you’ll see your Common Activities and Results
  • Scroll to the bottom left side of the screen until you see Common Visit Results

 

Step 3:

  • Select the Visit Result you wish to edit
  • Rename, change the color, or inactivate your Visit Result
  • Click Save
