How to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports - For Admin

***Please note that Admins will need to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports from Web in order for Managers to access and turn these items on. ***

 

Step 1:

Login to SPOTIO on a preferred browser (Firefox or Google Chrome) and select the Settings gear on the bottom left.

 

Step 2:

Select the “Settings” tab and click the “Sales Process” menu item

 

Step 3:

Toggle on or off Daily and/or Weekly reports depending on when you’d like to receive these items

 

How to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports - Web

***Please note that Admins will need to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports from the Web portal in order for Managers to access and turn these items on. *** Instructions here ***

 

Step 1:

Login to SPOTIO on a preferred browser (Firefox or Google Chrome). Select your name in the top right corner next to HELP, then click “Profile settings.”

 

Step 2:

Toggle on (yellow) what reports you’d like to receive Daily or Weekly, click Save

 

How to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports - Mobile

***Please note that Admins will need to turn on Daily and Weekly Reports from Web in order for Managers to access and turn these items on. *** Instructions here ***

 

Step 1:

Login to the SPOTIO Mobile App. Select the Settings menu item.

 

 

Step 2:

Click Notifications in the Settings Menu

 

Step 3:

Toggle on or off the updates you would like to receive.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

If my Admin turns on Daily/Weekly Reporting, will I receive them automatically?

Yes, you will need to turn off your Daily/Weekly reports in Mobile or Web to stop receiving the reports.

 

I tried to turn on the reports but am not receiving them, how do I have them sent to me?

Make sure that your Account Admin has turned on the Daily/Weekly report option. You will not be able to receive the reports unless this is toggled on by your Administrator.

 

Who can receive Daily/Weekly Reports?

Currently, users with the permission set of Admin or Manager are able to receive the reports. They will send to the email on file for the SPOTIO account.
