Outbound Texting in SPOTIO
Here we’ll show you how to text a customer from their Lead in SPOTIO.
Step 1:
Search for your lead or select it from your calendar, map, or list view.
Step 2:
Click into the lead and scroll to the phone number you’d like to text.
Step 3:
Next to the phone number, you’ll see a SMS/text bubble icon. Click the icon next to the phone number and your text window will popup.
Step 4:
Type the information you’d like to send to your customer and select the arrow next to the text box to send the SMS. Your text is now sent! You will get the SPOTIO confirmation once your SMS/text sends.
Inbound Texting in SPOTIO

Step 1:
Check your Texts inbox from the Communication Console icon.
Step 2:
Click into the Lead text thread you would like to check.
Step 3:
To reply, type the information you’d like to send to your customer and select the arrow next to the text box to send the SMS. Your text is now sent! You will get the SPOTIO confirmation once your SMS/text sends.
