With auto-migrating, all active users, territories and pins, along with the history of activity, will be migrated over to the new platform. The link below is a one-stop shop of videos on getting started with 2.0.
There are key things you will need to address before and after getting started with 2.0.
Step 1: Login
(Web) Visit app.spotio2.com. You can hit Forgot Password, which will allow you to enter your email address and click Send Reset Instructions.
(Mobile) Download the SPOTIO #1 Field Sales app. Enter in your telephone number into the new app. You will then receive a 4 digit code that you will enter to sign in to the app.
Step 2: Add a user
To add a user, go to the grey side bar on the left of the web. You can click the Create icon at the top or you can click Settings at the bottom, then select Users. Click Add User. Type in the first and last name, email address and phone number. The phone number has to be a direct number since this is how the mobile app will recognize the user.
You will also need to select the users role; there are three options: Admin, Manager or Sales Rep.
Can change any company setting, such as billing, customizing, and can add in users (*this is the only role that allows this). Account Admin will have access to all.
Will manage all users within their territory. Also, has access to all pins.
Create new leads and update leads. (*This also has to do with the settings in Security.)
Then, you will need to choose that users territory access.
Gives the user access to all territories and gives information on pins anywhere. They will be able to see and edit anything regardless of territory.
Assigns reps to a specific territory. Basically, they are allowed to see their own.
**You can also edit a user by clicking on the line and making adjustments.
You can also make adjustments to user permissions by selecting the Settings gear on the bottom left. Select Settings then click on Security. Under Sales Reps and Managers, you are able to check and uncheck the different options, allowing or denying them access to certain functions.
Statuses from Legacy are now known as Visit Results. This can be accessed by selecting Settings then Activities and Results. You can edit and add more visit results on this page. The same can be done with Custom Fields. Also under Settings, you can select Custom Fields then add or delete.
- Dashboard Reporting
The second icon on the left gray sidebar is Dashboard. This is where all of the reporting can be found. You can customize by date or choose a preselected date, whether it be Week, Month, or Year. The date range you choose will be displayed on all of the reports.
The reports are organized in different categories. Within the categories, you are able to retain various reports based on users, territories, etc.
You will also be able to create filters and save them to apply on the reports.
