How to Delete A Pin

Reps that have the appropriate permissions will have the ability to delete pins. If you do not see this option available, you do not have permission & will need to contact your company's SPOTIO Admin to request this be changed. 

Note: deleting a pin is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleting a pin will also delete the corresponding contact & details. Deleting a pin will also delete any activity created on the pin, as well as the activity history, and will pause any Autoplay activities.

You can delete any pin you've created. We recommend that you delete a pin only if you're sure you no longer want it, we cannot restore deleted pins. 

Deleting a pin - from mobile app

1. To delete the pin, click on the pin and tap into the your prospects details.
2. Select the three dots in the top right hand corner.
3. At the bottom of the prospect you will see the option to "Delete Lead" in red, select Delete Lead.
4. Confirm that you want to delete on the pop up by selecting 'Delete'. This action will permanently delete the data.
