Web Release 2.99: What's New in Your SPOTIO Web Experience
We've refreshed several core areas of the SPOTIO web app — Home, Pipeline, Calendar, Routing, Map, Search, and Notifications.
The short version:
- Nothing has been removed. Everything you could do before, you can still do.
- These are visual and usability improvements to screens you already know — not a workflow overhaul.
- NBA is off by default. Unless your account has it enabled, you won't see any new scores, recommendations, or panels — the update will look and feel like a polish, not a new feature.
What's Changed
- Home Screen - See your day at a glance with a new route preview widget and redesigned notifications, all under a cleaner layout. Quick actions for Create Record, Log Activity, and Create Route now live in the top menu.
- Pipeline - The board view (columns and tiles), list view table, and header all got a cleaner, easier-to-read design. Same records, same stages, same drag-and-drop you're used to.
- Routing - Route creation and stop management match the new design, and record type is back on the stops list. Building and managing routes works the same way, just with a refreshed look.
- Calendar - Drag-and-drop event rescheduling, an updated Agenda view, and a heads-up if you try to leave with unsaved changes pending, so you don't lose your work.
- Search - Header search now matches our newer search design, and address suggestions are faster and more consistent. Searching works exactly like before.
- Map - Tap a pin and you'll see the new record card design, with all the same actions and colorization filters you already know.
Where Did It Go?
New layouts take a few days to get used to. If you're looking for something and can't find it, it most likely just moved, here's a quick cheat sheet.

No. Everything you could do before is still there — this release is focused on a cleaner, more consistent design, not removing functionality.
Will I need to relearn how I use SPOTIO?
No. Your workflows — creating records, building routes, managing your pipeline, searching — all work the same way. The changes are visual and organizational, not functional.
